We currently deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after successful order confirmation.
4. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier service availability.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.

- ₹100 Shipping Charge on orders below ₹699
6. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible products and serviceable PIN codes.
7. Why is a 20% advance payment required for COD orders?
To reduce fake orders, failed deliveries, and Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipments, Bintraa requires a 20% advance payment for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. The remaining 80% is payable at the time of delivery.
8. What happens if I cancel my COD order?
- If you cancel before the order is shipped, your entire 20% advance payment will be refunded.
- If you cancel after shipment, refuse delivery, or the shipment is returned (RTO), 50% of the advance payment will be refunded, while the remaining 50% will be retained to cover shipping, return shipping (RTO), packaging, payment gateway, and order processing charges.
Eligible refunds are generally processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
9. Can I cancel a prepaid order?
Yes. Prepaid orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
10. What is your return policy?
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Which products cannot be returned?
The following products are generally non-returnable:
- Liquidation or Clearance Products
- Personal Care Products
- Customized or Made-to-Order Products
12. How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed through Bank Transfer within 5–7 working days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
13. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
14. Which payment methods do you accept?
